| 颜料、细料的粒度和分布 Particle Size and Distribution of Pigments and Fines 涂料中颜(填)料的颗粒大小和粒度分布是影响涂膜光泽的重要因素之一。人们在研究中发现，当颜料颗粒的直径小于0.3μm时，才可以获得高光泽的涂膜。原因为：分散在涂料中的颜料颗粒在制成一定厚度的涂膜，并干燥后，仅有最上层的颜料颗粒局部地上突，颗粒直径小于0.3μm的颜料离子所造成的涂膜表面粗糙度不会超过0.1μm。当颜料的平均颗粒直径在3～5μm之间时，可以得到消光效果较好的涂膜。 The particle size and particle size distribution of pigments (fillers) in coatings are one of the important factors affecting the gloss of coatings.
