消光粉在涂料中的分散方法

消光粉要达到消光效果,必须在漆膜的表面造成光线漫反射,否则消光效果不好。

因此,消光粉尽量不要研磨,如果研磨或者高速长时间分散,会将消光粉的表面破坏,而且粒径也变太小了,这样的消光效果不理想。

目前市场上的消光粉的粒径不会大于30微米,对于一般的面漆来说,已经足够了,消光粉一般不研磨的原因是消光粉自身的海绵状结构,过度研磨(或者分散)会破坏海绵状结构,形成光滑的切面,造成消光效率下降。
