消光粉原理及其应用
根据用途有时需要半光或无光的粉末涂料。为了降低涂膜光泽,常用的消光剂有超细二氧化硅、滑石粉、硬脂酸铝、硬脂酸钙、低分子热塑性树脂等。要得到消光效果,可以采用如下方法:

a、将固化速度不同的粉末涂料,用干混合法进行混合,那么所得涂膜的光泽明显下降,起到消光作用。
