消光粉在涂料中的分散方法

消光粉要达到消光效果,必须在漆膜的表面造成光线漫反射,否则消光效果不好。

因此,消光粉尽量不要研磨,如果研磨或者高速长时间分散,会将消光粉的表面破坏,而且粒径也变太小了,这样的消光效果不理想。
Therefore, the extinction powder is not abrasive as far as possible. If the grinding or high speed is dispersed for a long time, the surface of the powder will be destroyed and the particle size is too small, so the extinction effect is not ideal.
目前市场上的消光粉的粒径不会大于30微米,对于一般的面漆来说,已经足够了,消光粉一般不研磨的原因是消光粉自身的海绵状结构,过度研磨(或者分散)会破坏海绵状结构,形成光滑的切面,造成消光效率下降。

消光粉研磨的话,消光能力会有影响的,一般消光粉的粒径在5-20um,不会对表面产生影响,如果有影响的话,加入时的步骤(在搅拌时加入)和油漆的粘度可以适当低点,除非消光粉的分散能力差,否则分散15~30min就达到要求。
The extinction powder is abrasive, the extinction ability will have influence, the general extinction powder particle size in 5-20um, will not affect the surface, if there is influence, the step (in agitation when added) and the viscosity of the paint can be low, unless the dispersing capacity of the powder is poor, otherwise the dispersion of 15~30min will meet the requirements.
另外有时候在实验室分散细度可以达到要求,但是在实际生产就会出现细度问题,其主要原因分析是实验室剪切力高,而实际生产用的分散机,剪切力不够。
