为何需要消光

3.1、二氧化硅
3.1, SiO2
从硅石获得消光剂的方法很多,根据其制造工艺主要可以分为两类。一类是凝胶法,一类是沉淀法制造。经过处理后的两类产品均可制成标准的二氧化硅消光剂。处理过程是指使用有机(石蜡)或无机材料对二氧化硅表面进行一定程度的改性。处理过的二氧化硅拥有不同的粒径、粒径分布和孔隙体积。

The synthetic aluminum silicate can partly replace titanium dioxide as a high quality increment agent, and can be applied to emulsion primer. The product can exhibit a balanced extinction effect in the dry emulsion film. It can be used as matting agent in long oil alkyd resin system, but it must be dispersed with pigment and filler. In addition to the powder coating system, the silica matting agent can be applied to all coatings.
3.2、石蜡

现在,市场上有多种不同的石蜡制品。以聚乙烯、聚丙烯及巴西蜡等为基础的蜡制品在涂料和油墨中使用最为普遍。以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为基础的蜡制品也可做为消光剂使用。

与二氧化硅相比,石蜡是通过浮在最外层表面对漆膜进行改性。由此还会影响以下性能:消光度/光泽;防滑和防污性;抗粘连性和抗磨性,抗沉降性以及抗表面张力性。
Compared with silica, paraffin can modify the paint film by floating on the outermost surface. It also affects the following properties: extinction / gloss; skid resistance and antifouling; resistance to adhesion and abrasion resistance; settlement resistance and surface tension resistance.
